Beginning with the 2024 vintage, The Ultimate Cuvee will be a "Super Tuscan" blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and possibly Merlot or Petit Verdot, exact percentages to be determined at time of harvest.
The 2023 vintage is the traditional Ultimate Cuvee blend of at least 50% (or approximately two barrels) of Block 4, plus other select barrels chosen specifically by Dave as the most outstanding and his favorites from this vintage.
