Estate Grown Sauvignon Blanc, blended with other white varieties for complexity and a more round mouthfeel. The 2019 has just a touch of oak, the 2020 was aged exclusively in stainless, the 2021 was fermented in stainless and finished in neutral oak, and the 2023, which was bottled in January 2024, was aged in stainless.
