This blend consists of all estate grown white grape varieties.
The 2024 vintage will consist primarily of Sauvignon Blanc blended with Viognier, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, and Riesling. It will be aged exclusively in stainless and bottled in January or February of 2025.
For the 2023 vintage, we bottled a 10-month stainless steel version in February 2024, and we will be bottling a 2023 16-month 100% oak version in July 2024. This wine will be labeled Sauvignon Blanc, rather than Luminaire, as it is 75% Sauv Blanc, 25% Chardonnay.
