An "international" wine, Escuro translates as "dark" in Portuguese, and is a deep, inky full-bodied blend of primarily five grapes: Alvarelhao and Souzao (Portuguese), Aglianico and Lagrein (Italian), and Tannat (French) all estate grown.
Rich flavors of ripe plum, cherry cola and sweet black licorice in this velvety, earthy blend, with good structure and tannins, suitable for drinking now or over the next ten+ years.
